GEN500 Loop Powered Indicator
The GEN500 is a loop powered indicator which is designed for series connection into a 4/20mA current loop and to display digitally, in engineering units, the process variable represented by the current flow. The GEN500 needs only 1 volt from the loop. The GEN500X is a version approved for hazardous area use and requires 1.6 volts from the loop. Style Fand G housing will accommodate any suitable in head transmitter.

GEN700 Loop Powered Indicator
The GEN700 is a Loop Powered Indicator which incorporates a high efficiency LED display. Designed for use with our NM2 heads, the units are sealed to IP67. ATEX versions are available for use in hazardous areas using the NM2 head.
The unit is microprocessor based. Set-up is achieved by means of three push buttons located on the underside of the module following a simple menu structure. This device can have a number of standard linearisations applied, such as square root, or a custom characteristic can be entered.

Calibration
Based at our factory in Sheffield our accredited laboratories are available to provide either on-site or in-house calibration to either UKAS or national standards. We cover Temperature (up to 2,200ºC), Pressure (up to 1,200 bar), Flow (up to 2,500 L/min) and Electrical parameters and provide certification using the latest technology.
Our team of experienced on-site engineers hold accreditation for the on-site calibration of equipment including autoclaves, furnaces, thermocouples and probes, scales and balances, ovens and chambers, indicators and controllers, pressure and electrical. We cover the full spectrum of industry sectors. All calibration standards used meet the requirements of Table 3 of AMS 2750D, whether in the laboratory or on site, ensuring full compliance with the specification. We supply thermocouples calibrated and certified to meet the requirements of Table 1 of AMS 2750D appropriate to customer specified usage.

GEN640 Battery Powered Indicator
The GEN600 series of battery powered indicators accepts either an RTD (GEN640P) or a thermocouple (GEN640TC) input. Each device shows the temperature on a 4 digit LCD display. The unit is microprocessor based. The sensor type is selected from a simple to use menu system which is navigated by the use of three push buttons located on the rear of the display. This feature enables the user to easily configure the device in the field without the use of any other equipment. The GEN640P and GEN640TC are sealed into a cap. There are several mounting options including the SCH4 series of enclosures and a stainless steel option, the SCH15.
ATEX versions are available for use in hazardous dust and gas areas.
