With the emphasis being on simplicity and available in four standard formats, the 3200 range provides precise temperature control with a host of options. A simple ‘QuickStart’ code is used to configure all of the essential functions required to control your process and, if preferred, this can be preset by us to your requirements. When accessing the controller HMI you will find that every parameter is accompanied by a scrolling text message to describe its function.
The 3200 has a host of advanced features including heater failure detection, timer, setpoint programmer and a recipe feature that is unique in this class of product. All of these features can be configured with an extremely simple to use PC wizard configuration tool. Configurations can be saved to file and reused or modified to suit other applications in the future.
The 3508 and 3504 offer much more than temperature control - advanced features and options make them capable of small machine control. They provide flexible I/O options to control and measure a multitude of processes - temperature, carbon potential, humidity, flow, pressure, level, viscosity, additive dosing and many more. Specialist function blocks, recipe selection, setpoint programmers, maths, logic, timer functions and flexible communication options are just a few examples of what makes these instruments a key part of a total process solution.

Compact Recorder / Controller
The nanodac™ recorder/controller offers the ultimate in graphical recording combined with PID control for a box of its size. The compact ¼ DIN panel mount unit offers four high accuracy universal inputs for data recording and PID control. This secure data recording device with accurate control is enhanced by a full colour, ¼ VGA display to bring a crystal clear operator interface to even the smallest of machines.
The nanodac recording functionality utilises the secure strategies and UHH format developed by Eurotherm through years of recording expertise. As well as multiple real-time views and historical review on the product, multiple data archiving strategies are provided utilising the 50MB onboard Flash memory, removable USB and data transfer via FTP to a specified server.
The four universal input channels provide high accuracy (suitable for use in Nadcap applications) and 125ms parallel sampling. An additional 14 virtual channels can be utilised to provide maths, counter, slave communications and totaliser functionality within the instrument.

Roxspur Measurement & Control Ltd is an ISO 9001:2008 company, we offer UKAS and traceable calibration under BS/EN ISO17025 accredited procedures. Our certificate generation systems are purposely geared to meet the strict and specific requirement of the Aerospace industry.
Calibration
Based at our factory in Sheffield our accredited laboratories are available to provide either on-site or in-house calibration to either UKAS or national standards. We cover Temperature (up to 2,200ºC), Pressure (up to 1,200 bar), Flow (up to 2,500 L/min) and Electrical parameters and provide certification using the latest technology.
Our team of experienced on-site engineers hold accreditation for the on-site calibration of equipment including autoclaves, furnaces, thermocouples and probes, scales and balances, ovens and chambers, indicators and controllers, pressure and electrical. We cover the full spectrum of industry sectors. All calibration standards used meet the requirements of Table 3 of AMS 2750D, whether in the laboratory or on site, ensuring full compliance with the specification.
