Digital / Analogue Liquid Flowmeters and Controllers
Volumetric Liquid Flowmeters
The L series volumetric liquid flowmeter is a laminar flow liquid meter. Differential pressure, fluid pressure and temperature are measured in the laminar flow channel. This information is then used to calculate the volumetric flow rate of the liquid.
The LC series liquid flow controller utilises a proportional valve coupled to a flow meter body creating a unique closed-loop flow controller system. The integral PID controller positions the valve according to the flow set points. These devices accept a selectable analogue or digital control signal from either external devices or locally. The LC series can be configured for single or dual output voltages and/or process signals such as flow and temperture or pressure.
Digital / Analogue Mass Gas Flowmeter
M Series
The M series mass flowmeter was designed to be used as a stand-alone device. With the native display, a user can easily change the configuration of the meter without the need for computers, complicated software or scripts. The M series mass flowmeter also measures pressure, temperature and volumetric flow in addition to mass flow.
MS Series - Aggressive Gases
The MS series of 316L Stainless Steel aggresive gas compatible mass flowmeters retain the same functionality as well as fit and finish of the standard M series mass flowmeters.
The MS series is built from 316L Stainless Steel and uses encapsulated 316L Stainless Steel sensors in the flow path. A variety of sealing material are available, including FFKM, EPDM, Viton, Buna-n, etc. depending upon your application and needs.
FEATURES
Portable Clamp-On Ultrasonic Flowmeter
The Model 230 is a portable dual-channel ultrasonic flowmeter for non-invasive and nonintrusive flow measurement of liquids and liquefied gases in fully filled pipes. It is supplied with an internal datalogger and software for the recording and download of measured values. Additionally, it can be equipped with an integrated wall thickness gauge. Thanks to its intuitive instrument menu, Setup Wizard and Audible Sensor Positioning Assistant™, the flowmeter can be set up and its sensors correctly installed in a matter of minutes. Its two flow channels enable the Model 230 to monitor the flow on two pipes simultaneously or alternatively on one single pipe in a multi-path sensor mounting configuration. Equipped with the optional Heat Quantity Measurement function and PT100 sensors, the instrument can further be employed as a portable heat meter. Measured values can also be transferred by optional process outputs.
