The 2408i is a universal high performance panel mounted unit. Offering 5 digit measurement and display from a wide range of temperature sensors and process signals. Basic units are fitted with one alarm relay output and an acknowledge input, with the option to choose up to three modules from a comprehensive range, including further alarm outputs, re-transmission and a second analogue input. The relay outputs can be configured as high, low, deviation or rate of change alarms. Units are also available with RS485 Modbus serial communication. The keypad allows easy user configuration of all inputs and outputs, and characterisation of the input signal using square root extraction or the 8 point user defined table.
