Due to extensive growth we currently have a number of vacancies within the temperature product assembly area. You will join our skilled team in the production of high quality temperature measurement devices.

Key Skills:

• Good numeracy and literacy
  
• Dexterity with attention to detail
  
• The ability to work accurately from both written and verbal work instructions
  

Previous experience would be an advantage, but is not essential. Full and part-time roles are available, with genuine career advancement prospects to supervisory level.
Normal work hours are: Monday to Thursday 7.30–16.30 and Friday 7.30–12.30.

Senior Electronics Engineer - Sheffield / Bramley

We are looking for an energetic and dynamic Electronics Engineer to support existing products, and develop future sensors and instruments.
The successful candidate will manage and participate in a small development team to bring new products to market. This will include design of analogue and digital electronics for sensors and instrument control equipment, and new product development and technical product support from concept to end of product life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sensor electronics and embedded software design.
  
• Planning projects and engineering resource allocation.
  
• Gain relevant approvals for products including EMC and IS.
  
• Provide technical support for new and existing products.

• BSc or BEng in Electronics, Physics or related degree.
  
• Knowledge of pressure, flow or temperature sensors and technologies.
  
• Experience of running & participating in Product Development Projects.
  
• Previous experience of gaining product approvals EMC & IS. Generic product standards preferable.
  
• Demonstrated ability of analogue circuit simulation, experience with Multisim.
  
• Demonstrated ability of 8 bit Microcontroller design, PIC or MSP430 experience.
  
• Experience in PCB layout, familiarity with Ultiboard.
  
• Previous experience of embedded software design for real time systems (8 bit micro-controllers), using C and Assembler.
