Our Sheffield facility is an ISO 9001:2015 approved location that offers UKAS and traceable calibration under BS EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017

Our certificate generation systems are purposely geared to meet the strict and specific requirements of the Aerospace industry. 

Based at our factory in Sheffield, our accredited laboratories are available to provide either on-site or in-house calibration to either UKAS or traceable national standards. We cover Temperature (up to 1,600 °C), Pressure (up to 1,200 bar), Flow (up to 2,500 L/min) and Electrical parameters, providing full certification using the latest technology. 

Our team of experienced on-site engineers hold accreditation for the on-site calibration of equipment including autoclaves, furnaces, thermocouples, RTD probes, scales, balances, ovens, chambers, indicators, controllers, pressure and electrical instruments. We cover the full spectrum of industry sectors.

We are Aerospace Heat Treatment Specialists, from the supply of a single thermocouple to fully managed service contracts, by working in partnership with our customers we can assist in obtaining and maintaining NADCAP approval.

All calibration standards used meet the requirements of Table 7 of the current version of AMS 2750, whether in the laboratory or on site, ensuring full compliance with the specification.

We supply thermocouples calibrated and certified to meet the requirements of Table 1 of the current version of AMS 2750 appropriate to customer specified usage.

Certificates generated are designed to meet the requirements of the current version of AMS with the option of UKAS certificates for maximum user confidence.

Instrumentation Supply and Calibration

As well as our own manufactured products, we have a number of agency agreements with leading instrument manufacturers in addition to being technical partner with Eurotherm Controls. This ensures our ability to offer a genuine 'one-stop-shop' for all our customers' pyrometry requirements.

One of our most highly demanded services is the supply of thermocouples calibrated and certified to meet the requirements of Table 1 of the current version of AMS 2750 appropriate to our customers’ specified usage.

Our team of experienced on-site engineers cover the full spectrum of industry sectors and hold accreditation for the on-site calibration of equipment to either UKAS or traceable standards. 

Our UKAS calibration capabilities include:

• All analogue or digital display instruments

• Any furnace, oven, incubator, cold room or freezer – surveyed to all standard and most individual specifications including RRP 54000 and AMS 2750

• Autoclaves and media preparators validated to prove heat penetration and distribution
